A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Weight loss was the simplest and hardest journey I ever went through and I'm still learning DAILY on ways to improve.
I would love to tell you a story on how I struggled with my weight, but the fact was, I never struggled because I never tried. Like most individuals I knew I was getting heavier as I got older, but wasn't interested enough to change because losing weight wasn't going to be fast enough.
Fast forward past successes and failures, I'm now helping people achieve their own health and fitness goals. As your personal trainer, you'll know I empathize, but at the same time, I will expect you to put in the work and trust the process. My coaching method is one that treats you like the adult you are, willing to listen to your excuses, but blunt enough to tell you they're just that...excuses.
